For Cannes Lions, we supported COMPLEX and Universal Music Group in the organization of an event designed as a key moment for connection, content, and experience. Built around a format combining a cocktail reception, an interview with Camila Cabello, a surprise showcase, and dinner. The event was conceived to deliver a memorable experience aligned with the image of both brands.

We created an overall atmosphere that was elegant and contemporary, suited to the Cannes Lions setting and aligned with the clients’ positioning. The goal was to design an environment capable of hosting several key moments within a single evening, while maintaining both aesthetic and operational continuity.

The venue was selected for its seaside setting and its ability to host a hybrid format, bringing together networking moments, spoken content, artistic performance, and dinner within a single reception space.

Full event management

For this project, we managed the event end to end, from the preparation phase through to on-site coordination. Our support covered every aspect of production to ensure consistent execution at every stage.

A format combining content, performance, and hospitality.

The distinctive nature of this event lay in the way several complementary sequences were brought together. The cocktail reception first created a welcoming moment that encouraged conversation, before giving way to the interview with Camila Cabello, conceived as the central editorial highlight.

The surprise showcase then shifted the pace of the evening, introducing a more immediate live performance element before transitioning into dinner. The whole event was designed to maintain a natural flow between each sequence, with no break in the overall experience.
